How participation in ISCA works

ISCA conference photography

Introduction

There are different ways to take part in the International Security Conference on Africa. The right starting point depends on whether you want to organise a side event, exhibit as an organisation or attend a conference activity.

If you want to host a side event

An eligible organisation submits a proposal during the configured application call. The proposal describes the session and its participants, preferred times and logistical requirements. ISCA reviews it, communicates any requests for clarification and makes the decision. Approval and final scheduling are separate steps.

If you want to exhibit

An organisation applies for exhibition space, identifies products or services to be presented and describes its booth and technical requirements. ISCA reviews the request and allocates an appropriate available space. Submitting a preference does not reserve a booth.

If you want to attend

Individual attendees follow the applicable participant registration process. Some activities are open, while other sessions require an invitation or specific registration approval. Confirmed participants access personal documents, invitations and badge information through secure accounts.

Next step

Start with the public guidelines, review the relevant call status and continue to the secure service that matches your purpose.
