Create space for important dialogue.
Eligible organisations can propose workshops, panel discussions, roundtables and other side events alongside the main conference.
How it works
- 1
Prepare
Read the open call, eligibility rules and submission requirements.
- 2
Apply
Complete and submit a proposal during the permitted window.
- 3
Review
Follow the application status and answer ISCA clarification requests where needed.
- 4
Schedule
ISCA decides which events are approved and assigns eligible sessions to available rooms and times.
What the proposal covers
Proposals generally include the event title, objectives, theme, format, language, expected attendance, organisers and speakers, preferred dates, venue and technical requirements and supporting documents.
Approval and publication
Submission does not guarantee approval or a room booking. An approved event may not be scheduled or published immediately. Public listings appear only after the appropriate publication and access controls have been satisfied.
Published side events
Browse side events authorised for public display. Private and unlisted activities are never included.
No side events have been published yet.
