How the review works
You may save and return to a draft before submission. Once submitted, the proposal enters review. ISCA may request clarification, conditionally approve, approve or reject it. The organiser may be asked to accept conditions before scheduling.
Scheduling and publication
ISCA controls final room and time assignments, with conflict checks. Publication of approved events follows the conference edition’s access and release rules.
After approval
Organisers can update permitted event information until the configured lock date. Invitation-only organisers can manage guest invitations and RSVP capacity under the applicable rules.
